Yup...my parents had heard that 3 years was the optimum age difference for siblings, I think I was concieved the first month they were trying, my mom ate all the right foods and did all the right things, and had me with absolutely no painkillers whatsoever (she says I don't have to try to repeat that). I would say I was very, very planned.
6. How did you celebrate your last birthday? A few days before had a party at my grandparents', the day itself had a beer at midnight with Pablo, and my daddy came down to take me out. We took the ferry across to Coronado, had champaign at the Hotel Del Coronado, walked back across the island, talked, called my mom at 7:30 because that's when I was actually born, got back on the ferry, was very very cold, went to the Raintree, where I had the best steak of my life and my dad tried to teach me to appreciate red wine. Had really good chocolate cake, which surprised me because cake is one of those foods that restaurants don't usually do super well...and then I think I went home after that.
